Drinks and food were great! I did have a bit of a wait and a drink was made wrong BUT Nicole rectified immediately and even gave me a discount. Everyone here is super sweet and special s/o to Nicole for being so kind and coming to the rescue! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I am here 3-4 days a week and I wanted to take a moment to recognize some outstanding team members at this Starbucks location who consistently go above and beyond. Rylie is one of the hardest-working people I’ve seen. She is constantly cleaning and taking pride in the store. From the bathroom doors, floors, trash area, and even outside. She never seems to stop, and she does it all with a smile while keeping the environment positive and welcoming. Valentina also does an amazing job keeping the location clean and checking in on customers while they are seated to make sure they have everything they need. That level of attentiveness truly stands out and shows genuine care. Brency is on another level when it comes to customer service. His speed, energy, and efficiency are incredible. I’ve seen him making coffee, taking orders, preparing food, and handling multiple tasks seamlessly. Very impressive to watch, and he still maintains great service. This team creates a 5-star experience, and these individuals deserve recognition for the effort and attitude they bring every day. I’ve been to this new location about 3 times since its opening for the drive thru and all the people there are very friendly and efficient. Today, I stayed on site for some remote work and Rylie (I believe) was extremely helpful and kind. After grabbing my tea, I sat in the terrace seating (lovely spot for a windy, spring day like today), and Rylie initiated with every customer outside asking if everyone needed any water with ice. I said yes, and she brought some over to me. Later, I was in a work meeting and my phone died so I no longer had hotspot services. Rylie attempted to give me the Starbucks WiFi but it wasn’t working, so she let me borrow her charger so my phone would turn back on and I could finish my meeting. Honestly, above and beyond. I ordered another chai tea just because how welcoming everyone was made me want to stay longer and enjoy remotely working. Overall, this helped my productivity and I was able to complete my meetings without further delay. Thanks Rylie & everyone at this location! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
