Very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. I was treated disrespectfully by an employee named Carlos, and the manager, Cindy, did not handle the situation appropriately. The interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Starbucks promotes inclusivity and customer respect, but unfortunately that was not reflected during my visit here.
