Rude employees, stood in line for about 5 mins without being acknowledged. Decided to leave and go to another Starbucks as I was about to leave a white couple walked up and both employees greeted them warmly immediately.

Today we went with my husband after a long time and the service was terrible. The baristas left us standing waiting for more than 30 minutes.
