Guests don't highly appreciate frappes at Starbucks Coffee Company. The good staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. Most people point out that the service is decent. I understand going in one hour before closing can be a bother, but I was really craving the banana matcha, and every time I come to this location, there are matcha clumps all over the cup . I went at around 11 pm and it tastes like straight up water. I don't know what’s missing in it or why it tastes bland, but it’s not worth coming to this location. Food: 1 Service: 2

Our Hopie loves Starbucks. They are located near us so makes it easy for us to satisfy her cravings. Staff is super friendly & very quick with orders. Love it! Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
