I'm a Starbucks lover, it's not about the coffee. It's about the way I was treated by the older female barista working the counter. To make a long, boring story short, I spilled my drink. Oops. I drank about a quarter of it, and assumed that, like every corporate Starbucks store, I could get a refill, and everything would be fine. It was not fine. I was informed that it wasn't a corporate store, "Can't you see we don't have seats?" And that they didn't do refills, by that smug cashier. I said that I spilled my drink, and didn't even recieve a verbal response. I'm just disappointed. I know it's not an obligation to give me a replacement, but I was really hoping that I could have my day saved. I wouldn't order a drink at this Starbucks again because of the way that the barista behaved. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
