Took over 30 minutes for a simple drink. Not even coffee. The girl with the braids messed up my drink 3 times with no acknowledgement. Suammy and Claire seemed to be running things, I don’t understand how they operate in this fashion!

First time I’ve ever had an employee deny me getting a cup of water. I’ve been in Starbucks all across nj and other states. Never have I ever been denied water. The employee did not care even when I mentioned its policy. Must not be happy at their job if they feel the need to deny water to customers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’ve lived in Montclair for a long time now, and I’ve rarely visited the Starbucks at this location. But recently I went there and had a great encounter with Jada. Her service was amazing, she was super friendly, and pleasant. There aren’t a lot of workers left out there like her anymore, having a smile on her face, being pleasant and making you feel like she has time for you and that you’re not an annoyance, despite the place being busy. She was patient, and kind! You guys really have a gem! Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
