I love this Starbucks location! The customer service is always excellent, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Kishan helped me during my visit, and he was professional, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. One thing I really appreciate is that if there's ever an issue with your drink, they are happy to fix it without any hassle. It's clear that the team genuinely cares about their customers. Thank you, Kishan, and the entire staff for consistently providing such a positive experience. This is definitely one of my favorite Starbucks locations in New Rochelle!

I had a very unpleasant experience with the parking at the Starbucks located near Gemelli Pizzeria. My intention was simple: while waiting for pizzas at Gemelli, I planned to pick up drinks my children had already ordered at Starbucks. However, during that short time, they placed a wheel lock (“boot”) on my vehicle and forced me to pay a $50 fine. I understand that parking rules may exist, especially in high-demand areas like NYC. However, in this case, we are in Westchester and there is no clear signage or visible disclosure indicating that the parking is exclusively for Starbucks customers and it doesn’t allowed clients to buy in another’s nearby businesses—even if you are also a Starbucks customer—is prohibited. What is most concerning is how the parking company operates. It appears they actively monitor drivers to issue fines immediately, without considering whether you are also a paying Starbucks customer. Instead of informing customers, they seem to hide and wait, making this feel more like a revenue-generating tactic than a reasonable parking control measure. Additionally, I was not the only person affected. At that same moment, at least five other customers were dealing with the exact same situation, suggesting this is a recurring issue rather than an isolated incident. This type of practice harms the customer experience and negatively impacts surrounding businesses. I strongly recommend being very cautious when parking here, especially if you plan to visit more than one place. Personally, I will avoid returning to this Starbucks under these conditions. It is disappointing that no one from the Starbucks chain appears to take responsibility for the poor experience of customers who actually make purchases there. I would suggest visiting another location in the area that is not associated with this type of parking operation. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
