Go here a lot, never have I ever left a review, but today on 7/18/26 approx. 6:45AM I was served by the most lovely, incredibly sweet girl, I wish I got her name but she had red hair, and she went above and beyond and it was still quick. This Starbucks location consistently has some of the longest wait times I have ever experienced. It is not uncommon to wait 45 minutes or more for a simple order. The store appears to be severely understaffed, and the employees simply cannot keep up with the volume of customers. On multiple occasions, I have walked in and waited 20 minutes just to place an order, despite being the first person in line at the register. There was literally nobody available to take my order. After finally ordering, the wait is usually another 30 minutes or longer before the drink is ready. What is most frustrating is that the store seems to prioritize drive-thru customers at all costs. Customers who order inside are often ignored until the drive-thru line has almost completely cleared. It creates the impression that walk-in customers are an afterthought. I understand that employees can only do so much, and this is likely a staffing and management issue rather than the fault of individual workers. However, the current situation is unacceptable for a business that is supposed to provide quick service.
