We were trapped in the drive thru for exactly one hour. Once we finally get our drinks they were obviously melted and been sitting for awhile. We requested to get them remade which took another 7 minutes and they were normal menu items and made wrong. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Starbucks is Starbucks, it's all the same but the service at this particular location is a cut above the rest in my experience. Just moved here and been to this location 4 or 5 times and they are always very kind, fast, extremely personable and helpful! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
