I came in and stood in line, no other customers but two employees were working, one making orders and the other staying at the drive thru, not really doing much. I waited no more than 5 minutes before the guy at drive thru walked over to take our order. I order my mango black tea and a passionfruit green tea. Nothing hard or special about the order. I waited a little while before my drink was made, the passionfruit came out fine. My mango black tea came out as a dragonfruit tea with mango. I call her over and told her my order was incorrect, she corrected me and said it was correct, that dragonfruit comes in it. I said no that I did not order anything with dragonfruit in it. I told her how my order is made, and she went to remake my order. As I watch her make it, she used green tea, clear as day the sign on the wall where the cup sat, green tea. I called her over and asked her if what she grabbed was in fact green tea. A guy said yes, I repeated that I wanted black tea, the girl dumped my drink in the sink and proceeded to remake my drink again. When she finish it, she asked very rudely if the color was right, if I wanted to taste it and then proceeded to again correct me on my drink and how to order it. I go to Starbucks and order the same thing everywhere. You're telling me that every Starbucks has no probably making my drink, but she couldn't. Bottom line, my order was written down incorrectly the first time and instead of just apologizing, I get blame for ordering my drink, the same drink I get everywhere, wrong. Edit: After leaving the store, the bf tried his drink, his order showed 4 pumps of classic, his drink was straight up water, like many previous reviews, the passionatefruit tea was just water with a drop of passionfruit for color basically. No taste. No classic syrup was used at all!! Disappointment is an understatement at the service and quality we receieved at this location. Employees need a refresher in their training because apparently a 2.9 star overall with majority ratings being a 1 star, the owner or manager should really consider theirs and starbucks business model! Price per person: $1–10
