Stopped by the Starbucks inside Target on U.S. 90 in Pensacola today and had such a great experience. We ordered a milk and a toasted coconut cold brew with ube foam (which was SO good, by the way), and Kyler took care of us. He was incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely attentive. You can tell when someone takes pride in what they’re doing — and he absolutely does. The service was seamless from start to finish. I was there for a meeting, and as I was wrapping up to leave, his coworker Logan stepped in and was just as helpful. He made sure Kyler would know we were leaving a great review, which I appreciated. That kind of teamwork says a lot about a location. Five stars all the way. Hats off to this Starbucks team — excellent drinks, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back.
