Went to Starbucks and my drink came out too milky. I went back and Jonathan handled it right away, no attitude, just fixed it and made sure it was good. Solid customer service and he even threw in a treat, which I appreciated. Good experience overall.

The crew here regularly gives great customer service. They are friendly and happily answer questions. They always greet me with a smile. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This location has the most ridiculous hours of operation. Their hours are all over the place. The other day I pulled in and their machine for their macha drinks was down, I felt like i was order if from a McDonald’s drive through. Doughnut Palace is in every town in this STx area and they are very consistent with their early morning hours.
