Placed an online mobile order, waited 18 minutes in the store for the order, when I was projected 6-11 minutes. New drive through and in person orders were completed before my order. What’s the point of ordering ahead? Staff did apologize for the wait as I was leaving. Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Order type: Takeaway
