Mobile Order was marked ready when picking up. Waited an additional 20 minutes after estimated pu time Saw my first drink get started after ~10min (after me saying something), forgotten about for ~5 drinks before being finished. &Another ~5 for my 2nd drink I understand being busy but damn feel like I can’t trust doing a mobile order at this location if walk ins and drive through are clearly prioritized. -wish I took a pic but my frapp had the most sad dollop of whipped Also don’t understand the remodel, less sitting space, new uncomfortable chairs. Gonna miss the cozy work/study spot it used to be. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
