This location never has matcha lattes available. I dont know if management has changed but for the past 2 months matcha is not available as a hot latte only as a cold drink. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast

I’m deeply disappointed with my recent experience at this Starbucks location. I ordered a coffee for myself and a cup of milk for my child, only to find that the milk had ice in it, which I never requested. When I politely asked for a change, Elisa responded with an unprofessional and aggressive attitude. Instead of placing the cup politely on the counter in front of me, as is usual, she almost threw it back on the counter, showing no regard for basic customer service. When I noticed the cup wasn’t full and asked why she was being so hostile, she grabbed it again, filled it the rest of the way with even more aggression, and still didn’t offer an apology. I was so shocked by her behavior that I asked to speak to a supervisor. That’s when she told me, “Actually, I’m the supervisor.” I couldn’t believe that someone in a supervisory role would behave this way. I’ve always appreciated the way Starbucks treats its customers, so this experience was both surprising and disappointing. This level of hostility is unacceptable in any customer service setting. No customer should have to endure this kind of treatment, especially for something as simple as ordering a drink. I will be reporting this to the head office, as it’s crucial that staff in customer-facing roles handle situations with care and respect. Service: 1
