Cannot take or make correct orders and kinda rude when asked to correct their mistakes. There are 2 better Starbucks a few feet away in the other side of Powell Rd., highly recommend Krogers Starbucks or the freestanding if you are a fan of Starbucks drinks Service: 1

A loyal Starbucks twice a day visitor, and it's been forever since I have had a subpar experience. Tristan was my barista and working alone she did an excellent job on my order. She had samples of the new apple machioto sat out on a clean counter, and although I am not a huge apple drink fan, it was delicious, and I would purchase it now. Samples have been a thing of the past for Starbucks, and it was nice to see them again. A clean counter is also nice to see as well as a smile. It was a blast from the past Starbucks experience. Anything past straight coffee is made wrong. You pay for any change or extras, and they forget to do it. Asked for iced chai pumpkin latte, get hot, get it redone, and now it's a spiced pumkin machiato. Last time I got a pink drink with cold foam, vanilla pumps, lady asked if I asked for lemonade, I told her no, I wanted vanilla. She still makes a pink lemonade without the cold foam, vanilla, coconut milk, and strawberries. These older ladies also have no idea how to run the cash register. They need to train them again. For how much it costs, it's not right to get a completely wrong drink, especially with the upcharge of changes. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
