Great service! Drive thru is friendly, in the cafe the team is super friendly and welcoming. I come to this location because it is close to me but mainly because my coffee is made how I ask for it and they are always willing to remake it if something goes a stray. To the Management and Team at Starbucks, I would like to take a moment to sincerely thank you and your entire team for going above and beyond to make the TXB management staff and team members feel so incredibly welcome in the neighborhood. From day one, your staff has been friendly, outgoing, and exceptionally accommodating. Whether it was greeting us with smiles, making space for our interviews and meetings, or simply creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, your team consistently exceeded expectations. The professionalism, kindness, and hospitality shown by everyone truly did not go unnoticed. If there were such a thing as a 10-star rating, this location would earn it without question. I honestly cannot say enough positive things about the experience we’ve had. Your team represents the very best of what community and customer service should look like, and they deserve recognition for it. Thank you again for your generosity, patience, and genuine support. We are grateful to have such a wonderful Starbucks location as part of our neighborhood, and we look forward to continuing to visit and support your store. With sincere appreciation, Delisa Helvie Store Manager TXB (Texas Born) Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
