A lot of people say that sandwiches here are nicely cooked. Come to Starbucks for great espresso, latte or tea. It's easy to find this place due to its convenient location. I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding a recent experience at this store, which I believe did not meet the expected level of service. During my visit, I was assisted by a supervisor who identified herself as Amanda. Unfortunately, her attitude was unkind and discourteous. The situation arose when I mentioned that the beverage I usually purchase is priced at $6.98; however, on this occasion, I was being charged $7.85. When I respectfully pointed this out, her response was insistent and dismissive, stating that, as the supervisor, that was the correct price. I understand that prices may vary; however, the way this information is communicated is very important. A more courteous, empathetic, and professional approach would have made a significant difference. Unfortunately, the attitude displayed resulted in a negative experience that does not reflect the level of service typically expected. Holding a supervisory position should not result in an imposing or disrespectful manner toward customers. On the contrary, it should set an example of professionalism and respect. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration, as employees represent the image of the company, and situations like this leave an unfavorable impression of the store. Thank you for your attention. I come regularly to this location with varying quality in food and service, but today will be my last time coming. Ordered a frap as a pick me up and received a napkin with it, just to see the napkin is not only used, but also has a wad of chewed gum in it! Absolutely disgusted Food: 4 Service: 1

This was genuinely one of the worst Starbucks experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a venti iced espresso with no ice, and they handed me a cup that wasn’t even close to full. When I asked why, I was told that because I didn’t get ice, they “don’t fill it to the top.” That is the most ridiculous explanation I’ve ever heard. I’ve been ordering this exact drink for YEARS and have never once been told that I’m only getting a partially filled cup unless I pay extra. So basically, I’m being charged for a venti but only receiving half a drink? And when I asked how to actually get what I paid for, I was told I’d need to buy ANOTHER venti just to fill the cup. That’s not policy, that’s straight-up a scam. The attitude made it even worse. The employee was rude, dismissive, and clearly didn’t care. When I considered paying for the second drink (which I shouldn’t even have to do), she moved painfully slow like she was trying to drag it out so I’d give up, which I eventually did. I left with a half-empty cup because I was tired of being treated like that. And let’s talk about the caramel upcharge. I paid extra to have the cup lined with caramel, and what I got was barely a drizzle. Charging almost two dollars for THAT is honestly embarrassing. Between being overcharged, under-served, and treated poorly, this felt like a complete rip-off. If this is how this location operates, people need to know before wasting their time & money here.
