Poor customer service and negative vibe. I ordered a loaf and wanted it to be heated and the barista lied about not being able to due to the icing possibly being flameable. Those are lies since any other Starbucks will heat my loaf if I ask or they'll ask me.

The workers prioritize large orders and drive thru rather than people with small ones. I ordered ahead of time and still had to wait because the food wasn’t ready. The one working managed to get a couple of drive thru orders and a couple of pickups for people that came after me. Took 30 mins to get the food that the ice from my drink was mostly gone at this point.

This location used to be fantastic, and go above and beyond. Now they just quote “policy” and even make drinks wrong and are so rude!!!! As a former Starbucks employee this is NOT how we were taught to make the Starbucks experience. Starbucks has gone down hill over the last few years. And the espresso tasted burnt! definitely sat to long Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
