Sat here for awhile, staff ignored every “thank you” and “have a great day”. Weren’t super nice at all when ordering either. I saw it was a lower rated Starbucks, and still decided to give them a chance. If customer service is a value to you, go elsewhere.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for months to study, relax, and enjoy my coffee, and lately the atmosphere has become extremely uncomfortable because of one employee’s behavior she’s on the taller side, had dread locs with glasses and her name tag says kealyn. I constantly witness this employee being rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional toward the other workers. It creates tension in the store and honestly makes customers uncomfortable to sit there for long periods of time. The rest of the staff usually seem kind and hardworking, which makes the situation even more disappointing. No customer wants to spend money somewhere while watching employees get treated badly. Management seriously needs to address this issue before it affects both workers and loyal customers even more. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
