The workers are not just extremely slow here but i ordered two iced matcha Orange cream with is literally a new menu item and when I went back to pick it up it was two iced chais and I asked I told her that i ordered marchas; she literally just sugjed and rolled her eyes and didn’t apologize or even say that she is going to redo them or correct my order and when she started doing them she was just knocking everything around angrily and i had to keep my eye on her cause I obviously didn’t trust her with my becerage. That’s the short, slender, younger employee working the shift on Thursday Aug 13,2026 2:17pm Northhills target. This employee is rude and needs a reality check on what customer service even is. She should find another Job if she is so frustrated with her Job. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Came here for a quick coffee around 6pm on 15 March, and the two baristas working acted like customers coming up to the bar was a huge inconvenience to them. There was no greeting or positive customer service. While I was waiting for my coffee, and gentleman came up to the bas asking for honey or agave packets, and the two baristas looked at him like he was stupid and had no idea what he was talking about. When the gentleman left, they talked amongst each other about how they had "no idea" what he was asking for. When my drink was finished, I thanked the barista and wished them a good day. He uttered a "welcome" and never even looked up. A lesson in customer service may be needed. I wouldn't return to this location. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
