ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING ATTITUDE! I walked in on 9/10 @ 6:00 AM to buy some things and I noticed the Starbucks sign was off so I figured she was closed so I did my shopping for about 15 minutes. I finished and checked out and then I saw the Starbucks sign was on but she was still organizing things so I asked her if she was open and she rolled her eyes right in front of me and said “what do you want” I immediately said “you know what never mind your attitude sucks” and I walked away. No one wants to be greeted like that. If you don’t like your job, you can just quit. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My experience at this Starbucks was very disappointing. The area is very dirty, run-down, and poorly maintained, which is especially unpleasant for a place where food and beverages are served. However, the worst part was the customer service. I simply asked for a cup of water with ice. There was ice available in the store, but the employee told me that the only thing they could offer me was tap water without ice. I found this response completely unnecessary and very poor customer service. I understand that not every request can always be accommodated, but providing a cup of water with ice when ice is readily available seems like a very basic customer-service request. The combination of the poor condition of the place, lack of cleanliness, and such unhelpful service made the experience very unpleasant. I hope management takes this seriously, because this location is far below the level of service and cleanliness one would expect from Starbucks. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This girl whose name is Zah’Nae took my order and was very dismissive with me, I stood for like a minute waiting because I wanted a drink before work, she didn’t even greet with a “hello, how are you?” Or anything, I was very confused but brushed it off , but she’s the same girl that is joking around with her coworkers but when it comes to the customers it’s like she doesn’t wanna be here.. Service: 1 Price per person: $1–10
