There is a girl at this store who once asked me to lower my voice, and she said it in Spanish. A few days later, I went back and asked her if she could please speak Spanish so I could make my purchase, but she told me—in an unfriendly and rude manner—that she didn't speak Spanish. Service: 1

I didn't like the customer service, I asked about a product that they didn't even demole to check if they had or not, they simply told me "if it's not there, there isn't", I always go to different Starbucks and when I ask for something at least they check to see if they have it and more when it's something that has to be in the fridge, at least I don't go back to this one here. How does Starbucks mess up one of their most popular drinks? A Caramel Macchiato tastes like milk with some chocolate in their. No coffee, no caramel...pretty much any other coffee place can make it better. Sad. Food: 1 Service: 4
