on 4/22/26 at 1:30pm went to get a pre-paid order and window worker said, "you have to walk in to pick up since we are slammed and short staff and your order is big". Waited through drive thru, parked, walked in and 17 drinks on counter, not in drink carriers. Put them in myself and made two awkward trips out to truck balancing 2 carriers at a time. Next time Dutch Bros for sure.

I wanted to give Christopher a huge shout out! He makes every visit to Starbucks beyond enjoyable and special ! When I hear his voice on the drive through he always makes me smile and feel so taken care...also can't forget make good choices
