I’ve never had a bad experience at this Starbucks until today. Earlier around 11:50am I ordered a drink with a caramel drizzle on top and they forgot to add it so I politely asked the lady who handed me my drink at the drive thru if she could add the caramel drizzle she then gives me horrible customer service and attitude. She took my drink back and mocks me to her coworkers and proceeds to bad mouth me and complain to them despite me being polite about the whole situation because I payed for the extra Carmel drizzle This not how you do customer service and it makes me not want to come back here if this is how the workers treat the customers. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
