This Starbucks has gone significantly downhill over the past year. The atmosphere and customer service are nothing like they used to be. Some of the employees now come across as rude, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional, which makes every visit frustrating instead of enjoyable. Things really started going downhill when the store manager left last year, and one of her shift managers left with her shortly after. It honestly seems like they were the ones holding the store together. Since then, the location feels disorganized, morale appears low, and the overall customer experience has noticeably declined. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Kaleb provided excellent customer service. He was very patient with me placing my order today. In addition the sign that is by the syrups in the store got me in a good mood. It says, “A great day starts here. So glad you came in for a cup.” I got cut off for a parking spot by a person out front and was pretty annoyed coming in. So this put me in a better mood. Definitely like the store with the employees and the ambience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Honestly, this was such an awkward experience. I got my drink and it was made wrong, which is whatever, it happens. So I asked the women named Karina if she could remake it, and she said yes but with a really obvious attitude. What made it worse is she started complaining to her coworker about it right in front of me while remaking it. It just felt super uncomfortable and kind of rude. I wasn’t even being difficult, I just wanted the drink I ordered. Definitely left a bad impression. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
