Management doesn’t care about safety. They now regularly accept deliveries from vehicles that stop in the middle of a major road blocking a bus stop. Delivery people jaywalk across four lanes of traffic to access to store. Also illegal. And unsafe. Today’s manager indicated it’s not her problem and she doesn’t care because Starbucks won’t get sued, the delivery company will. She knows this because of her experience in transportation. Last week’s manager agreed it was illegal and unsafe but nothing has changed. Evidently the District Manager has also chosen to do nothing. I prefer frequenting business that do not contribute to putting the public at risk. All they would have to do is call the delivery company, but I guess that’s too much work. Skip this location and go two blocks south. Service: 1 Vegetarian options: No

I don’t write reviews often but I recently had an awful experience with an employee at this location. Whomever the person was, working the register today around 1:20 PM is terrible for business. They were extremely rude, impatient and wildly condescending. I’m a bartender and I understand what it feels like to lose patience when warranted, but when I tell you I am also very kind to other service workers because of this, I mean it. This was completely unwarranted and my boyfriend felt the same. I would avoid this location unless you want to have a bad time Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
