Normally not one to ever complain and having worked in food service myself, I had an unfortunate experience of not being helped today around 6:30 am. After waiting to be assisted the Barista mentioned she was working on an order and will be able to help me in a few minutes. She recommended I wait off to the side where she'll come get me when ready, which I happily did. When I returned, I was off to the side as she was about to finish up and another couple walked up. She took their order instead while I was right next to them. I left after that.
