I am giving this Starbucks location a 1-star rating because this is not the first time I have had a disappointing experience here. I visit this store regularly and even provide the exact details of my drink order, yet my beverages are frequently made incorrectly. This has happened repeatedly—at least 5 to 10 times—and has become very frustrating. Today, I ordered an iced coffee, but once again my drink was prepared incorrectly. It seems that the staff often do not pay close attention to the order details and fail to follow the customizations requested by customers. In addition, the customer service at this location needs significant improvement. Many employees appear unfriendly, unwelcoming, and uninterested in providing a positive customer experience. Their attitude often gives the impression that customers are an inconvenience rather than valued guests. I hope Starbucks leadership takes these concerns seriously and works to improve order accuracy, employee professionalism, and overall customer service at this location. Bad service.Three people working, one on drive thru, one on bar, one walked out from counter as we walked in to start sweeping the floor. Girl on bar wasn't occupied. After a few minutes she told us someone would be with us soon. Another minute passed. Sweeper still sweeping. Drive-thru talking on headset. Bar girl had a brief conversation about the blinds with someone who walked in and wanted to close them, then, without looking at us, walked into the back. Waste of time. We left. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

See pictures attached. Tall salted cream cold brew from this location vs. same exact drink from another Starbucks in Bellevue. I ordered this drink every morning and never looked this trashed. Decided to try this Starbucks over the weekend but never again. The one here in Renton told me this is how it supposed to look and they’re sorry. I get that it’s a very busy location, but there’s a standard to the Starbucks coffee company. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
