I've been going to this starbucks for seven years and recently there has been a change in management and it has gone completely downhill. The location is convient it is right off the freeway so its disappointing to have to leave a two star review. The past three months they have gotten my order wrong multiple, multiple times. On any type of drink I get. No matter what drink i get it taste like pure water. It doesn't taste like espresso or any type of flavor i ask for. I literally have to go onside and reorder. The manager is a little bit older, blonde lady, and writes passive aggressive comments on the starbucks cups.... like choose kindness? What is that about. How about you stick with, yum, or good morning, or Rockstar.. like normal baristas. My niece is a Barnstable at a different l9cation and she cannot believe the thongs I tell her about this location. I would say skip the drive through go om there and watch them make your drink. Or taste it before you drive whoever you are going. Literally for the past four months its been absolutely terrible. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: $1–10
