Imagine asking for a tip before you get service. I ordered a white mocha and they tried handing me an iced mocha. And when they remake your drink, you're the one that apologizes for the mistake, and they make you feel like a burden. And then you leave the drive through, and then realize they made you a latte. No white mocha, no whipped cream. I'm pissed. I don't have time to turn around to try and have them fix it again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I have been visiting this location multiple times throughout the years and have had a great experience every time. Yet, what made this time different is the reason for me to actually write this review. Today I paid a visit to this location to get some work done before meeting with an associate later in the day. When I walked in a young lady by the name of Ruby greeted me and not only did she greet me with a heartwarming "Hello", she actually remembered my name and greeted me, using my name. That moment is what made me write this review today. These little things make or break the customers experience and I appreciate her for doing that. I would like to put in a good word for her and wish her the best in her career. Well done. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
