Bad experience with the person at the front register. I just wanted to get a coffee for my wife and me and ask for a recommendation, but it seemed like they were having a bad day and took it out on us. Being such a large and expensive chain, Starbucks should make sure their employees are happy and don’t pass their bad mood on to customers. Oh, and by the way, the restroom requires a code, and they seem bothered when giving it to you—probably assuming you’re only coming in to use the bathroom. I think I just had the fastest latte of my life time! I was ordeing as I was walking twards this starbucks (like less than a minute away) and my order was ready before I even got in, it was impressive! Service: 5

I’d like to give a big compliment to Zel, the barista at the Starbucks inside Wiehle–Reston East Station. She handled a difficult situation with great professionalism and integrity — when someone came into the store asking customers for money, Zel bravely and politely asked them to leave so paying customers could enjoy their coffee without being disturbed. It’s refreshing to see a staff member who truly cares about maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. We need more employees like her these days — respectful, responsible, and courageous. Thank you, Zel, for doing the right thing!
