I stopped by this Starbucks while I was in the area, and even though it was absolutely packed—probably because of local graduations nearby—the team handled it incredibly well. The service was surprisingly fast despite the crowd, the staff members were super friendly, and the bathrooms were very clean. Definitely a great, well-managed location to drop into when you're in Riverside! Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I’ve gone to THIS Starbucks location a couple of times and I feel that I have given them enough chances to give a fair assessment of their service. In the beginning their service was nice. They greeted their customers. This location seems to get busy so I understand if the wait for your order is long. But the last several times I’ve gone. They didn’t even acknowledge me at all. I didn’t expect a hello but at the very least a “ we will be with you in a moment “ would be nice to hear after I’ve been standing there for over 10 min waiting to place my order. Besides I was the only customer in the store. There were 5 employees and none acknowledged me to take my order. As if I wasn’t there at all. They’ve done this to me and my sister before. My sister was angry for this same thing. But I told my sister they look busy and maybe that’s why they didn’t acknowledge us. But now I can’t be silent cause it’s just rude. Do better Starbucks Tyler!! My visit here was on May 26,2026 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Im sorry but I know when a man makes my coffee because he always makes it so bitter it’s like he doesn’t read the label. Ever time I see this Specific worker I know my coffee isn’t gonna taste right. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
