I dropped by this Starbucks because it was the closest location to where I was visiting. It is inside a target store in the Moreno Valley/East Riverside area. The line had 3 people in front of me. After 7 minutes, the line still had 3 people in front of me. I was unable to wait much longer, so I chose to leave. They looked understaffed, the tables were messy and the line wasn't moving. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
