Ordered my drink here walked over to my 6yr old daughter's dance came back for a cup of water was told im not allowed to have a cup of water with out purchase which must be a new policy because we alway come here for water after her dance class, but either way I was unaware that Starbucks was in such a financial situation they couldn't provide a cup of water for a 6yr old or maybe Luciano here had a problem with children or people with different skin tone from his which was kind of the vibe I got from him. Also why did they change the indoor lounge at this location it is awful now! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The service is fast and on point But someone was irritated about my questions for modifications this morning and gave me iced coffee full of ice instead of cold brew

This is by far the worst Starbucks Location in our area!! The quality of the drinks that are being made is truly awful, everything is done in a rush and you can taste the fact that they have taken no time to genuinely make your drink correctly. I ordered 2 grande iced matchas with the banana cold foam, the matcha was completely unblended and I had huge clumps that taste awful. I had little to no cold foam on both of my beverages and it had caramel?? This drink doesn’t have caramel, it’s supposed to have the caramel crunch pieces, that, by the way, weren’t included in my drink to top it off! This is disappointing because the service is always this way and I only ever stop at this location because it is on my way out but I think from now on i’d rather skip out on it overall. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years and this location is by far the most disappointing. Price per person: $1–10 Service: 1
