As a frequent customer at Starbucks, I truly enjoy my morning coffee due to the employee, Basil. On my way to work, I pass by 4 Starbucks branches, and I choose to stop by this branch because of him. Usually, at other branches, my coffee is a bit too sweet, too milky, or watery, with too much ice, or the coffee tastes burnt. But with Basil at this branch, it’s ALWAYS exactly how I want it to be! Which is impressive considering, compared to other branches I used to stop by, the level of accuracy varies every day. This employee has made me a frequent customer of this branch.
