I had a frustrating experience at this branch I was waiting for my turn and I had no issue giving the lady before me her time to order (waited > 5 min). But what bothered me is that the staff member (Aziz) didn’t even finish her order, and instead stopped to talk with a warehouse staff member while signing papers even though I was already waiting before he came! It didn’t feel right that paperwork and side conversations were prioritized over customers. When I asked how long it would take, He said “ If you see me standing like this tell me that” his response was disrespectful and unprofessional. This is not the level of service expected from Starbucks. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
