Unfortunately, the Filipino barista on duty was not welcoming and came across as boastful. His customer service needs improvement, as the way he speaks to customers can be quite off putting. I hope the management provides additional training in professionalism and hospitality. The previous Bengali barista offered a much warmer and more pleasant customer experience.
