Starbucks catering deteriorated significantly. Unfortunately, it’s keeps getting unpalatable and over-priced. This branch’s coffee is good. But the atmosphere is awful as the baristas are always arguing on top of their lungs! Meal type: Other Price per person: SAR 20–40 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

I am extremely disappointed with this branch. If there were an option to give zero stars, I would choose it. I have given this place multiple chances (three times), but unfortunately, the service has been consistently poor. The staff seem to lack attention to detail and do not properly listen to customers’ orders. Despite clearly explaining what I want, I keep receiving incorrect orders. What is even more frustrating is that when I point out the mistake, the staff do not handle the situation professionally and sometimes even argue instead of resolving the issue. Additionally, the loyalty points are not being properly credited to the application, even after requesting them to scan it. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this branch unless there are serious improvements in customer service and staff training.

One of the best branches in Riyadh , ambience and vibes are great , the secret of this branch, is thier super staff welcoming attitude and behaviour, Quality is always granted, its a great place to do some emails while having your favourite Coffee there. You are lucky guys to hire fawaz albishi in your team , he won me back as a loyal client after skipping SB for a long time Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
