Amazing drive thru experience thanks to Shakeel! He was friendly, patient. He made the whole experience smooth and welcoming. My order was perfect, fast, and handled with care. Customer service like this honestly makes a difference. Starbucks is lucky to have someone like Shakeel on the team!
