My visit to Starbucks today was extremely disappointing. I waited for my coffee for about 25 minutes, and when I finally received it, I was unpleasantly surprised: the drink was basically ice water, with no real coffee flavor at all. It felt like I was drinking water with a slight taste, and the caramel was so faint it was barely noticeable. I have never had anything this terrible at Starbucks before. I really hope the quality of service and drink preparation will be addressed, because this kind of experience is completely unacceptable. Meal type: Other Price per person: SAR 60–80
