Ordered a lavender iced matcha and literally gave me a matcha with a plash or lavender cold foam that is white still !! Come on Starbucks ! Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

One of the nicest Starbucks I have ever visited. The employees were all super friendly and seemed to be enjoying their work. Kudos to the store manager. I will visit again on my way through. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Terrible service, were forgotten about, 25 minutes later, 2 coffees finally ready. Ordered english muffin with bacon and gouda, received hard microwaved muffin, no gouda and raw bacon, asked for refund. Servers weren't nice and there were 4 and couldn't keep, only 4 people in store and 3 people who came in, why is it a problem to keep up? They kept on dropping pans and trays so loudly and made customers jump. My friend had to go through an interrogation for her coffee with mocha. Worst Starbucks I've ever been too. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian options: None Dietary restrictions: None
