Absolute worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to in my life. I ordered a caramel frap, it had ZERO pumps of Frappuccino roast, came out white. The eggs and cheddar protein box I ordered had FROZEN eggs in it. We also got a caramel macchiato, tasted like straight milk. I love Starbucks and have never in my life been to a worse location Food: 1

Every single time I order from THIS store there is an issue. Today I used DoorDash and yet again the food that I order is unavailable and I don’t know until the Dasher arrives at the store. And if your DoorDash tells the workers that you’ve canceled Your order they throw your food away. Yes, instead of waiting to see if their system updates with a canceled order they just take the word of a delivery service and throw your food out. Horrible service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a venti duabi chocolate matcha with lite ice. But of course my cup is filled over half way full of ice. People dont go to coffee shops for extreme ice in their drinks. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
