Ross & Tommy are incredible!!! They are on point, when I pull up they know my order! Ross is so personable. Liberty is that girl around here now too!! I had a problem and she fixed it immediately! Love my Starbucks Romulus staff:) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Starbuck used to be TOP TIER across the board — every one that you went to was well trained and professional. Not so much anymore... Our drinks, at this location, were well made and delicious. But staff seemed indifferent about assisting us — maybe just tired? We all have days like that so, I'll continue to go to "Starbucks" but this, particular, shop could use a little help with staff, cafe cleanliness and bathrooms.
