Ordered a steamed hot caramel machiatto and these retards gave me an iced caramel machiatto. I abandoned my drink at the mobile pickup counter and left.

Terrible service. Honestly I’ve really never had a bad Starbucks experience before I even ordered my drink they workers were incredibly rude, and took forever to serve me.
