As an American expat living in Germany, I usually avoid American chains like the plague. However, around the holidays I can't fight the pull for a Pumpkin Spice or Lebkuchen Latte. I first came into this location for a PSL in September. I have continued to come back and even was convinced to get a Starbucks loyalty card (through the app) because of an exceptionally friendly and professional employee named Ilai. Ilai has made coming into a large company coffee shop feel like a truly local experience. Price per person: €1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
