The service is horrible at the Starbucks. Went inside to order a cup of coffee and an iced tea and took 18 minutes to fulfill the order. Meanwhile, when I inquire, they say that the drive-through takes only three minutes and they are a priority over in store transactions. Sadly, the staff could not figure this out. There were three people working in the drive-through window and one who was working in store orders who was on break Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Worst Starbucks, I'm not one to give bad reviews but they need to to better, my wife and I went in and got 2 drinks, that’s it, we waited for 20mins and they still haven’t gotten started on ours, they were more focus on taking out DoorDash or pickup, more focus on Drive thru and there was at least 17 customers inside waiting on drinks. And to make matters worst, we counted how many employees where there and we counted 7 and only one was making the drinks, the other six were just standing around pretending to look busy and on their phones, talking with one another and laughing. We got so annoyed we didn't even bother asking for a refund, we just left. Never have I ever paid for food or drinks and just left with nothing. If you want coffee, just go to the gas station. Don’t bother coming to this location. Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1

Every time I’ve visited this location my service has been exceptional! Whether I order online or in store, service is quick and friendly. The bathrooms are always clean but more importantly the entire lobby is kept very clean. The baristas and management always greet you with a friendly hello and smile. The very few times my order hasn’t been correct, the staff went above and beyond to rectify it. The food is the same at every Starbucks which I like the consistency, my only complaint is I want the lemon cake pops year round! Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
