I’m disappointed with my recent mobile order. Two separate items were made incorrectly. My drink was supposed to have extra cold foam and toppings, but it was missing the foam and did not look anything like what was ordered. On top of that, my Double-Smoked Bacon, Cheddar & Egg sandwich came without the cheddar cheese, which is a main ingredient of the sandwich. When customers place a mobile order and pay premium prices, they expect the order to be checked for accuracy before being handed out. Having multiple mistakes in one order shows a lack of quality control and attention to detail. I’m not trying to be difficult, but this experience was frustrating and disappointing. I hope management addresses this with the team so future orders are made correctly and customers receive what they paid for. i order through the app so i don’t have to wait. i come pick it up about 20 minutes after i place the order which is just one drink. and this is the second time where i come and the order still isn’t ready. i understand they’re busy but what’s the point of preordering if its a longer wait time.
