1. In the morning (630am to 8am) there are usually only 2 staff catering to customers + grab orders. Consistently the service is slow. Been timing it for the past weeks and it takes 10 to 15mins to get the order ready (for 2 people in line). Other sb branches get it done in 5mins or faster for the same amount of customers. So imagine if there's a already a long line, it takes much longer. (Experienced this a couple of times already). 2. The staff at the cash register who gets the money is the same person preparing the food. No handwashing or hand hygiene practice being done. And yes, this is consistently observed. 3. Even if you're already next in line, some (not all) of the staff at the cash register won't even say anything - like if they're handling grab orders, writing something, etc. You just wait until they finally talk to you. Other sb branches give you a heads up if they're going to take a while. Been to different sb branches and could definitely say this branch is below the standard sb has set. Sb has always set a quick and pleasant experience to its customers but this one really missed the mark. Hoping management can see this to improve the service and uphold the standard of sb, and at the very least the proper hygiene part because seeing the cashiers handle money then prepare the food? Wouldn't expect that from their price point and branding. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We were seated upstairs and the AC was not enough as it quite crowded! Regarding the drinks that we ordered, my friend and I had hazelnut mocha macchiato and it was so “watery”! I was bit lazy to go down to ask why my drink was watery, till I saw one of the crew, and she was kind to change it and told me that she will bring me another cup of what I ordered. Happy Me! Price per person: ₱1–500 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
