I didn't want to say it but I have to. It's not the first time this happened i used my stars rewards to get a coffee and I ended up literally having boiled milk even asking for an extra shot of coffee. I tried to fix it at home adding more coffee but no luck. I just feel they don't have the exact amount for the coffee anymore. It's not quality anymore and I am very disappointed because it's not the first time but I have been forgiving it. Food: 1

Two employees both doing maintenance with no customers. I walked up as one employee is filling her own water bottle- after she slowly finished she walked up to the register. The other guy didn’t even look up. Poor customer service. Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
